Hendrik Schauerte advises players, clubs and investors at the intersection of sporting decisions, the international transfer business and strategic development. He has been a FIFA licensed football agent since 2011.

He studied international management, with periods in Spain and Australia, and then spent several years in management consulting, including at Deloitte Consulting. Strategy, processes and structures are therefore not an additional element of his work but its professional origin. This combination of football practice and structured analysis shapes his advisory work today.

Alongside player representation, he advises clubs on squad planning, market access and strategic development, and supports investors in assessing and executing commitments in professional football.

Germany is his home market, with a second base in Portugal. Beyond that, a close partnership carries the work across Europe as a whole, into South America and the Middle East, and into the leading leagues at decision-maker level.

He works from Grünwald near Munich, in German, English and European Portuguese.
